2 free resources to help children express how they are feeling.
The first contains 5 cups, each with a different emotion, for the children to draw a picture in each one to say what makes them feel this emotion.
The second is a cup for the child to colour, in various colours, of how they are feeling at that moment.
This A4, wall hanging calendar is the ideal way to help children become familiar with the days of the week, months of the year, as well as saying the date and describing the weather each day. There are 6 weather symbols to choose from, as well as numbers for the dates.
All the accessories can be attached with velcro or blutac.
When printing you may choose to enlarge it, depending on the space you have available.

Listening game for one adult and up to 6 players, can also be played with a single child as part of an intervention.
Adult reads out a simple instruction and the child places the object where they have been asked.
A lovely game that i have used with 4 and 5 year old.
Once the children are familiar with the game they can then take turns to create their own instruction to say out loud to the group.
Snowmen numbered from 1-10.
Once printed and laminated they can be used for placing and arranging or children can draw the buttons on themselves with wipeable pens.
Ideal to leave out for child initiated activities in the maths area.

All words are created using using 2 letters from the SATPIN letters.
The idea of this game is to place the word in the middle of the table and the children then create the word using the letters from their 6 letters.
The beauty of the word in the centre of the table is that it is printed 4 times on the one card so no matter where you’re sitting the word is the correct way around to be read.

A shape pack inspired by the book, Which one doesn’t belong?
6, black and white, Worksheets where children colour in the shape they think doesn’t belong and then discuss with an adult their reason. Also a cut and stick sorting activity.
As well as the worksheets there are a set of 9 colourful discussion cards where the children can say which shapes they think are the same and which ones are different. Of course there is no wrong answer!
